 Internship at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi – Jan 2005 to Dec 2005

        All India Institute of Medical Sciences is the premier medical institute of the country, having bed strength of about 2400, with all modern facilities of investigation & research. During his internship in this institute, Dr Anuj Agrawal worked with the leading consultants of the country, and inherited their attitude of knowledge and clinical excellence.

Junior Residency in the Department of Orthopaedics at PostGraduate Institute for Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh – Jan 2006 to Dec 2008

            PGIMER is another internationally reputed medical school of the country, getting patient referrals from all states of northern India. Dr Anuj Agrawal worked as a Junior Resident in this Institute and got an excellent exposure to all sub-specialities of orthopaedics, including Sports Medicine, Paediatric Orthopaedics, Arthroplasty and Ortho-oncology.

 

  Fellowship in Arthroplasty at Shalby Hospitals, Ahmedabad- Nov 2009 to Apr 2010

        Shalby hospitals is one of the leading centres in the world for Joint Replacements, where more than 4000 knee and hip replacements are being performed in an year, consisting of both primary and revision cases. During his fellowship in this institute, Dr Anuj Agrawal has assisted more than 500 cases of knee and hip replacements, and performed more than 100 primary Joint Replacements under supervision. He, thus, furthered his knowledge and concepts in this dynamic field, and mastered all the fine details and technicalities of these complex procedures.

         After completion of his training at leading centers of the country, Dr Anuj Agrawal started rendering services at his hometown. He worked as a Consultant in Orthopaedics & Joint Replacements at two leading hospitals of the city- Rajshree Hospitals (now Rajshree Apollo Hospitals) and SNG Hospitals (now Global SNG Hospitals). During this period, he successfully operated a large number of complicated cases. Many of his surgeries have been a remarkable feat and presented in state/national conferences, and published in local media.

        SAMC & PGI is a leading medical college of central India providing state-of-the-art services across all specialities and superspecialities. Dr Anuj Agrawal worked here as Assistant Professor in Orthopaedics for over 4 years, being actively involved in patient care and teaching of undergraduates and postgraduates. He co-guided numerous postgraduate theses during his tenure. His work and dedication was appreciated by his students, colleagues and seniors alike.



 Senior Consultant in Orthopaedics at Kamineni Hospitals, King Koti, Hyderabad (Oct 2016 to Jul 2017) and Associate Professor in Orthopaedics at KSMRC, L. B. Nagar, Hyderabad (Aug 2017 to Mar 2018)         
         Currently, Dr Anuj Agrawal is working as the Chief Consultant in this reputed hospital located in the heart of Hyderabad. He is looking after all cases in orthopaedics including trauma, arthroplasty, deformity correction and paediatric orthopaedics.
